Good to hear you’re feeling better. After looking at all the toys in the Vendor area of the SWAT Roundup last week, I’m adding to the list — but ONLY for my protagonists, so if you’re reading this, hubby dear, FORGET IT!!
I had a nice chat with an H&K salesperson — those were pricey babies.
These are all firearms used by law enforcement officers (They’re available to the general public, too). The difference in prices is like any other item, quality and features.
The rifle could be used as a sniper rifle, or in any situation where superior, long-range firepower is needed.
I am better today. Thanks. Promising reports from the doctors yesterday, too, for a change.
Interesting stuff! I have to send your link to a gun enthusiast friend of mine. 🙂 It could very well be his Christmas wish list.
In looking at the prices, I’m wondering what makes the Smith and Wesson SW1911PD, which goes for $1400, worth more than the previous four guns that run in the $500 – $780 range?
I’m also wondering what the Smith and Wesson M&P15 is used for. It looks like it could be a sniper rifle to me but I know absolutely nothing about firearms, other than which side the bullet comes out of.
Thanks, Lee! Hope you’re feeling better!
