March 18, 2012 – Sergeant Ruben Thomas was stabbed to death by at inmate in the prison dorm.
Sergeant Thomas is survived by his daughter and fiancee.
The weapon was a homemade shank, SZ. Not an eating utensil. Inmates make deadly weapons from items such as ink pens, pieces of plastic, newspaper, and many more.
Ok, we need to just feed these guys finger food so no utensils !
